Well . . . Yes Sir . . . I'd Be The First To Go!
Well, I hope you have been able to catch at least a little of today's Bailout Hearing before Congress. Probably the most obvious statement was made by Chrysler CEO, Robert Nardelli, when asked about a merger with GM. He said that it was obvious that he would be the first person losing their job. So, he sort of gets it!
In a way, it is good to see some reality TV. It's a lot like us regular folk trying to balance everything.
Speaking of reality, I should probably mention that it was reported by TMR (The Motor Report) that it was rumoured that Mr. Nardelli was working for $1.00 a year from the onset of taking the Chryser job.
