As you know, Toronto is my hometown, so I was pretty happy to find this photo taken in Windfields, North York (Toronto) last year!
The Executives of Ford, Chrysler and General Motors have all driven to Washington from Detroit in hybrid vehicles. That's what I am reading from AFP (Agence France Presse, datelined Washington today). They will appear before Congress tomorrow to renew their request for $34 billion bailout.
It is also stated in this same article that all three chief executives will work for salaries of one dollar a year. GM and Ford are also selling their executive jets.
This is the soap opera to watch tomorrow.
